Three LMU physicists make Highly Cited Researchers list

The latest analysis of publications places seventeen LMU scientists and academics, including three phycicists, among the most successful in their chosen field.
Among the world’s most highly cited physicists is Professor Tilman Birnstiel (University Observatory Munich). Also named were Professor Immanuel Bloch (Chair of Experimental Physics – Quantum Optics) and Professor Stefan A. Maier (Faculty of Physics).
