Fifteen LMU scientists and academics make Highly Cited Researchers list

The latest analysis of publications places fifteen LMU scientists and academics among the most successful in their chosen field.
Among the world’s most highly cited physicists is Professor Immanuel Bloch (Chair of Experimental Physics – Quantum Optics). Bloch has already been named a Clarivate Citation Laureate this year for his pioneering research in the field of quantum simulation. Also named in this category was Professor Stefan A. Maier (Chair of Experimental Physics – Hybrid Nanosystems).
